I have to tell you that you’ve been a huge source of inspiration for me.  I became interested in Real Estate Investing because I wanted to build a solid financial platform for myself and for others, and when I started listening to your teachings it soon became clear to me that I could fit my own life mask whilst also at the same time helping other people fit theirs too.

I had very little of my own cash when I first started and so I’ve focused on becoming a joint venture specialist, let’s face it, I’ve pretty much modelled my life on becoming like you, as much as possible!

My parents always told me to be careful what I wish for, well, I have.

I have distinct memories of walking around lost lagoon in Stanley Park staring at the wildlife, listening to the soothing sound of your voice as I progressed through the joint venture secrets audio series!

I remember that at the time I didn’t really know whether I could actually attract joint ventures, but the way you told your own story made me believe that I could do it too, the story of your hiking partner who believed in you.

But as I’ve progressed, the more I met for a ‘coffee’ with people who were looking to get my advice, the more I believed in myself… some of your key messages over the years really stuck, “don’t fake it until you make it, be it until you become it” as cheesy as it sounds hit home, and although this was a more memorable quote, there were many other moments where you inspired me to be of service to others.

I feel like it is this attitude of being of service that you planted in me, has become a key success factor, you talk about putting ships out there so that some of them can return, and I started to see so many more ships coming back to me when I loosened up and started being more altruistic rather than chasing opportunities.

But aside from the knowledge you’ve passed to me, the JV methodology you’ve taught me, I really think you’ve inspired me to be a better version of myself.  You’ve been transparent, vulnerable and authentic, you’ve talked about your own stories, and shared a passion for self-improvement.
You’ve shared pictures of your family and told stories of love and meaning, and that too has moved me.

I have seen myself go from a guy that felt guilty about “asking people for money” to feeling great about “offering people opportunities that are incredibly valuable to them” as well as having real coaching like conversations that inspire people to get clear on what is important in life.

I credit so much of this transformation to you.

I’ve still got so much to learn, but you’ve set me on a great path and I wanted to share with you how much you have impacted my life.  I will forever be indebted to you and I’m eternally grateful.
